Stardrive 2 cheats12/19/2023 ![]() So there is no choice given to you in terms of how to achieve a victory. ![]() Even easy difficulty in SD2 is quite hard if you don't follow one specific playstyle, which is being a warmongerer. The DLC might change and imporve the game, but how in the world can you expect your customers to have to pay for additional content to get a finished product?Īll I can say is: It has some very good features but buy at your own risk. I have played SD1 and he never finished it, now the same thing appears to be happening to SD2. While I think the overall mechanics are a lot better than in MOO (Ship designer, techs, free movement, etc.) I still can not appreciate this game very much, because I have given up on Zero. Diplomacy in SD2 is broken and from the beginning on you will have to invest in tech and fleets or be defeated very soon. There is absolutely no diplomacy in SD2 (even though some mechanics have been introduced). ![]() You should only consider getting SD2 if you like an agressive playstyle, because once you meet a race, they will almost instantly declare war on you. MOO has long ways to go awells, but only 3 months to get there, which tells me, that only minor improvements will be made and no big leaps can be expected. What is even worse is, that he is planning a pay for DLC when the game is not even really finished. SD2 does not have starlanes but is solely limited to conquest victory and even after all this time and so many threads and requests, Zero has not changed a bit. It is also using starlanes which I just hate. ![]() MOO has everything dumped down and simplified, the battles are basically auto-resolves, no tactical aspect to it at all (as it stands now in EA). SD2 has a great ship designer, nice graphics and good mechanics in terms of RTS battles. What bothers me the most with both games is that the developers don't listen to their fanbase, which is supposed to be their income. I think a mix of these two games would make a very good 4x game but I find neither SD2 nor the new MOO satisfying. Well I played both and I can't give you an objective opinion. ![]()
